So im sure that everyone is aware that the phoenix force will be returning. It seems as if it is returning for hope, however, could the phoenix force be coming for a different mutant instead? The mutant that I have in mind is Kid Omega a.k.a Quentin Quire. I say him because i remember seeing a scan of White Phoenix of the Crown purifying a universe, and white phoenix was surrounded by other phoenix avatars. Among the avatars was kid omega. Is it possible that instead of the phoenix force coming for hope, it comes for kid omega?

Interesting....but true in a way. However, it sounds like you want Thor to be "god," rather than be "a god." See, in Marvel, gods are beings that lived long enough to be worshiped as a god and acquired enough power to be recognized as a god. The writers to me, over did what Thor in norse mythology does. His title was "god of thunder," not god of wonders. Unlike the God worshiped in Christianity, Thor was placed with a specific power, therefore he should be written to do specific things. If Thor was written to do many wonders like the examples you have stated, then other gods in Marvel would have to be written in the same manner so that there would be consistency.
