There's a mountain range near my town which is rumored to be inhabited by panthers. But how did Panthers get to an Australian town? Well during WWII the Japanese actually got this far inland an released the panthers for some strange reason.
You would think snakes...but then again it's Australia so they would get their ass kick by your native snakes. lol.
