Heroes should be paid and paid well. 
 
The lack of pay it totally unrealistic. 
 
And lets face it a lot of them do get paidd, THE FF, they have a corporation that liscensed their lickness and inventions,  Stark...gets paid... Cap gets paid...

Black Lightning has often been written in a lackluster way. 
The man stoped a Nuclear attack on the white house. 
 
Cyclops is a great shot but your thinking he'll get his optic blast off first. or dodge. Black Lightning can cover the area with Electricity so he can't dodge.

I have to go with Princess Lucinda and Black Mary. 
That combination is just scary. 
 
Lucinda would be hard for Strange to beat on a good alone. 
Add in Black Mary and you have a deadly combo.

The Blood Syndicate Vs. The New 80's Era Teen Titans.

 
 
 When: Late night
Where:  Burnt out block of public housing. 
Who:  
The Titans-Robin, Wondergirl, Beast boy, Cyborg, Raven, Kidflash (Pre speed force), Starfire 
The Blood Sydicate: Tech-9, Masqrerade, Third-rai, Wise-son, Fade, Flashback, boogieman, DMZ, Brickhouse and Dogg. 
 Why: Cyborg's Cousin comes is left for dead. He describes the people who beat him as metahumans and gives a place where they might be. The Titans arrives and see the Bloodsyndicate. Tempers flare, Starfire attacks first .
