Vlad's code has changed over the centuries... He always keeps his word, as long as that was the plan in the first place that is. Wisdom, Honor, and Glory mean alot to Vlad.
(I was out of town for like a week. I come back and Molly tells me to read the stuff that has been going on at her spa. Now I am using her characters name instead of mine. o_o )
