Doom puts on two of these, so this battle would be over instantly.

If there were no infinity gauntlet or black ring involved, Doom would still win. His country is made of Atlanteans, Cyborgs, and super advanced soldiers. Doom and Luthor are both geniuses, but Luthor lacks magic, which is a huge disadvantage. Keep in mind Lex Luthor was president of the U.S., but was exposed and brought down, while Doom not only succeeded in improving and ruling a poor country, he also claimed Latveria and the U.S. in 2099, which goes to show how powerful he is.

Reeds win. A few of them have the Infinity Gauntlet, and each of the others have a super powerful object, weapon, or suit plus genius level intellect. Gauntlets take out Thanos, just one Reed can take out Doom, and I'm sure there are Reeds with tech that is better than the Doctor's, especially from the future. They would have to trap the Doctor somehow because you can't really kill him. Dr. Strange is a tough one, but the Reeds can assemble some sort of magic negating device. Batman One Million has this awesome tech that just one Reed can build, especially if they can go to the future to build. Constantine can summon a ton of demons that the Reeds can defeat, and all they have to do is get to Constantine himself to end his magic. In addition to these scenarios, the Reeds outnumber the preps by far, and they are all super geniuses.

As for overall power, I would have these omega level mutants/potential omegas:

Iceman-becomes living ice that can melt or evaporate and still live, and if there is water present, can turn it into a weapon

Vulcan-can manipulate all forms of energy and is classified as an above omega level mutant

Legion-despite his identity disorder and being unpredictable, has an arsenal of different powers at his disposal that include reality and time manipulation, soul and ability absorption, spontaneous adaption, and more

Scarlet Witch-also unpredictable and unstable, but can alter reality, transform matter, shoot beams, change probability, and some more

Elixir-ultimate healer and can reverse heal,in other words, cause pain and death, hey may be able to alter his genetic code as well

Synch-If you put him with all these guys, he would be almost too powerfull

Kid Omega-although he's a kid, is a super genius, telepath, and has telekinetic powers, his secondary mutation allowed him to be pure psionic energy, has also tapped into the phoenix force before
