Can...Jackie even die? I still feel as though Kratos would be too much for him.

Basically as others have stated, it is really, really hard to do so. A blade forged from an abstract level being using stars was capable of killing a darkness entity, but that wasn't Jackie it killed. The Witchblade, which is the child of two abstracts has done it, but we don't know the exact circumstances yet, so it is really hard to say.

@wyldsong: Looking through my comics I never actually see any text to say that the Blood Sword negates healing factors, really we don't ever have any description of it's powers other then vague conversations about it having the power to kill stuff and all. Even the bridge slicing/energy thing you see in artifacts never really displayed before.

The closest thing we have to a description of what it is is a description of where it's said a powerful demon is bound inside the blade.

I need to find the writeup, but there is a little breakdown in one of the books, where it attributes the blade as granting superhuman stats to wielders and so on, but I forget what else it stated about it. I need to dig through my books and find it.

@dondave: Probably from the idea that it has hurt/killed people with healing factors, though I won't state that it negates healing factors myself, but it should be more than capable of killing someone with one. To be honest, I need to go through his appearances, and now this will probably get me off my lazy bum to do so.

Ian was actually "made" by Kenneth Irons to absorb, manipulate (when he created the "weave" by combining the darkness and the witchblade) and use magical and mystic energy. He is a trained assassin and fighter. The Blood Sword is actually not well explored as an Artifact but it goes grant enhanced strength, speed, durability and blood lust to its wielder.

Let's not say "made", but was more or less enhanced and cultivated to be able drain such energies.

@jashro44: Honestly, I need to go through the Ian appearances, and gather more intel to see if I think a good defense could be made here. Ian can and has deflected gunfire with a sword before, and is really very skilled. I tend to think that if the stare isn't used all that often, and Gorgon can be tagged even with the telepathy, then Ian should have the ability to take some wins here with the bloodsword.

Jackie. He doesn't have to move, blink, speak, or even touch Kratos to put him down.

He beat the crap out of Wolverine and Elektra at the same time after having a RPG shot at him and while using a wooden beam.

That's an awesome feat, but still, whether he won the fight or not, how did he fare in the fight overall? None of them were wielding the bloodsword, so if they were able to tag him and give him a good fight, then that goes a long way in making a determination.

They initially stabbed him while he was still groggy from the explosion, but after that he just gave them a beat-down without getting tagged. In his final fight with Logan he did get tagged, so it's not impossible to tag him, but he pretty damn fast, even by Logan's standards.

What about the stone stare bit?

@wyldsong: Also what has the Angelus tanked, that a host dying from decapitation seems odd?

The Angelus is the polar opposite of and oddly the equivalent of the Darkness. They have always been shown and stated to be equals in strength, durability, and so on. You are catching me at a point where I have not cleanly gathered all of her feats in one nice spot (she is on my to do list, I will get there, but I am working up some stuff for CaVs), but I can say that a weapon capable of taking down one of the trinity is quite powerful (since the Angelus, Darkness and Witchblade are the top dogs of Top Cow).

Those teams have faced opponents stronger then Jack. But have they beaten opponents with his combination of speed, strength and skill? Honestly his strength doesn't matter IMO. With his speed and blade that can cut nearly anything, I don't think strength will come into play. But I don't know Luther or Ian at all. Are they as fast a Jack?

Luther has a kind of telepathy/body reading/foresight kind of thing kicking with levels of superhuman speed. Ian had superhuman speed before the bloodsword, was fast enough to catch bullets barehanded, and tangled with artifact bearers. The bloodsword is capable of killing godlike beings and such, and grants users enhanced stats. It has been forever since I watched Jack, but I did read some of the more recent comics with him, and his speed did not seem out of their range from that.
