@ssj_god: The speed is honestly a big gap, as is the durability. It just really depends on if her strikes can do enough damage to take him down before she wears herself out, giving him the chance to do something.

@ratava: I still agree that it is impressive, but I still have no clue what strength level to classify that at=)

And I agree that was a very nicely laid out post, and I got some good answers to the questions I had. Thank you for taking the time to show some scans, and give me something to differentiate the actual source material from the anime showings that everyone else is posting.

For the chi blocking, I am really torn on what to say. Since we are talking as chi equaling chakra, then Danny's personal chi, there is no arguing it being affected. The Shou Lao chi though is something from an external source, has been taken away and reabsorbed, so I personally wouldn't be sold on it being blocked, and not even flowing like normal chi. Not to mention, Danny can absorb chi and various energies, so any chi projection on Neji's part might be detrimental. As well, with Danny's showings of punching aside magic attacks, so forth and so on as shown and discussed earlier (not to mention the protection from explosive forces it offers), I see no reason why he couldn't deal with larger attacks.

Not sure if I posted it, but remember that Danny has enhanced senses, as shown when he heard girl sweat:

This can also bee seen with dodging automatic gunfire from multiple angles, and dodging Sue Richards invisible staff by sensing the air currents it made, so forth and so on. As well, considering how fast an average bullet travels, and the fact that they are harder to dodge the closer you are, and Danny has dodged automatic gunfire from multiple shooters at multiple angles at close ranges, and done so fairly casually, I haven't seen where speed is too much of an issue.

I think at this point, based on what I have seen, and what I know, I am just going to go with @jashro44s assessment from earlier, and call it a day:

@jashro44: That was about what I was thinking from discussions I have seen. Blanket chi restriction on Danny just limits him far too much, and her speed feats are just too much for him to deal with without chi from what I have seen.

@cosmicallyaware1: Sorry bro, been off the site for a few days. Looks like you got things up and running though=)

@reaverlation: No problem. That is one of the flaws of Danny's use on many battle threads, is that people like to restrict his chi use against superhuman opponents. If anything is restricted for the sake of killing "one shot" arguments, then it needs to be his Shou Lao chi, not his chi altogether.
