The new Aquaman has truly become one of my favorite heroes period. This issue really intensifies his character in a way that finally gives him life. The way he acts to different situations all the way through the story really shows how complex but tranquil the King of Atlantis is. I give Volume 1 The Trench a 10 out of 10!
