I'd go with Luke Cage. Cyke has powerful concussive blasts, but Luke took on Wonderman back in the day (and lost, but he still exchanged blows for quite awhile). He took a hit that knocked him across the city from WWH, and has taken beatings beyond what Cyke can reasonably put out before Luke is on top of him.

Cyke's range can't overcome Luke's durability, and Luke has superior speed, durability, and strength. In a melee fight, Scott doesn't stand a chance against the Power Man.
