@wolverine08: nice list man, very nice. wholeheartedly agree with all. well almost..... except for 13, not a fan. But whatever floats you boat, you like his stuff........cool.

what about some of your older favorites?

Posted by dagmar_merrill

For Santolouco you should check out Dial H.

Gotta have Capullo on there, he's at the top of his game right now.

Posted by RisingBean

Deodato draws the best Hulk.

Bagely and Capullo and Hitch are also great in my book.

  • John Romita and John Romita Jr will always top mine.
  • Kim Jacinto and Declan Shalvey for drawing awesome Venom's.
  • Oliver Coipel did a good job on X-Men, when I was reading it that is.
  • I really liked Yu's work on Indestructible Hulk.
  • Santolocuo does great work on TMNT.

Nice list, of the ones I know, I'll favorite this and look some of the others up.

Yu only serves to get better with time.

So true about Leinil Yu, you just put it nicely. I find Superman Birthright very hard to read, cause of his terrible constipated monkey art. It was horrendous.

But later his Wolverine, Superior, and Hit-Girl cover are all amazing.

@ostyo: Bub, just don't.

@life_without_progress: Bah, forgot them!

@thefirstlantern: Thanks, I'll check it out.

@allstarsuperman: Yeah, Yu has really seemed to make an effort to improve his art, and it shows.

@granitesoldier: Santolouco needs to get on a mainstream title. He's just too good not to be.

@risingbean: Deodato Hulk just looks so damn powerful.

@t_hench: I'll think about it, and thanks for the look at my list.

@cosmicallyaware1: Thanks, and Jim Lee back during the 90's was cool. So was Frank Miller.

@shadowswordmaster: Can't believe I forgot him!

@dagmar_merrill: I dunno, I've read some of Snyder's Batman, and while I don't hate his style, it doesn't really grab me either. Maybe it might grow on me.

@dagmar_merrill: Heh, that does look pretty good. And Dial H? Thanks for the info man.

Edited by dagmar_merrill

@wolverine08: Yeah, Dial H. I think it's only 3 volumes maybe 2. Really good and really different, great art as you well know. :)

Nice list, I'm a big Immonen fan!

Edited by comic_book_fan

my faves are jim lee and david finch.

Posted by Wolverine08

@ostyo: -_-

@comic_book_fan: I think Finch has kind of declined in recent years, but Lee is still pretty sweet.

@chem86: He's a machine.

@unbreakable_fs4: Nice! Thanks man!

@shadowswordmaster: His Uncanny Avengers set has been sweeeet.

@fallschirmjager: Woah, I just checked him out and he's pretty damn awesome. Definitely deserves a mention.

Posted by Fallschirmjager

@wolverine08: Yes. His Batwoman work was excellent and his Overture work is...godly.

You should've included Kenneth Rocafort.

Hmmm...

It turns out that, behind his arrogance, the child isn't too bad a writer.... I must take note of this.
