I gotta go with Ether. He ripped Jay into pieces. It wasn't really any coming back from that. 2nd round knockout, Hit Em Up and No Vaseline was tight too.
@ReVamp: That's understandable. RZA's production doesn't really let the rhymes breath if you know what I mean. It's not that big of a deal to me but I can see how it would be to others.
I thought it was a solid Wu release. Nothing special. Could have used more GZA.and better posse cuts.
@ReVamp: Ah, gotcha. Now that being said I wouldn't put Tupac in my top ten list of golden era emcees. Really? Wu Tang Forever. First time I heard that. Any particular reason why?
So what are some of everybody's favorite classic albums?
Canibus - 2000 BC MF Doom - Operation Doomsday Mos Def - Black On Both Sides Nas - I Am Little Brother - The Minstrel Show Ghostface Killah - Iron Man Method Man - Tical 2000 Judgment Day Redman - Muddy Waters Eyedea and Abilities - By The Throat Apathy - Honkey Kong
I have all of those except that Redman joint. Never been a big fan of dude. What did you think of Rip the Jacker?

500 Degreez.
...Alright, I kid.
All Eyez on me is... unmissable. Same for Ready to Die. Regardless of whether you like that era of rap.
I wouldn't say that. Most young hip hop fans haven't even listened to those albums. Most of 'em couldn't name 10 "golden age" emcees/groups. I'm one of the few people my age who can tell you the name of any Wu Tang member who wasn't named ODB. Pretty sad actually.
