@randomsid82: you showed proof of someone surviving a fall onto concrete from ten stories then getting up and fighting immediately then running through town..... or you showed super lucky people that lived due to circumstances and were rushed into critical care immediately cause theirs a difference....... also stop saying ten stories i posted the pic its much higher than that.

I am not saying that Star labs is shorter than 10 stories, but I will not change what I originally said about people surviving falls from 10 stories without serious injury just to placate you. That would be asinine. I never claimed they fall higher than 10 stories without serious injury.

Yes people can survive that without injury, like if they fall into water or have some objects breaking their fall. In fact you didnt show any examples of anyone falling 10 stories onto concrete and being uninjured. Not one example. Much less the 40 (or whatever it was) stories of the Star Labs building.

You dont even know what terminal velocity is do you?

In any case, in a 90 foot fall you'd reach more like 40mph. Also he fell into water. This is not that hard to walk away from without injuries, and in fact there's diving championships where people dive from that height. You dont even know what you're talking about and you're trying to compare falling 90ft into water to falling from a tall building into concrete.

You obviously do not know what terminal velocity is. And you obviously don't know what you are talking about. Go ahead, look it up. I guarantee you will find that falling(diving since he hit head first) 90 feet will make you hit at speeds of around 65 mph. I've already looked it up, but feel free to look it up, but when you do make sure you admit to being wrong. Not like you will, you never do. And you obviously don't know anything about water surfaces when you hit at those speeds. There are champion divers that know EXACTLY how to hit the water. Not some random guy that fell headfirst into the water. Huge difference there, but not like you will ever admit that.

<sigh>

Like I said, you dont know even what terminal velocity is. I already explained this but I guess you cant understand simple concepts. Terminal velocity for a human is between 120 mph and 180 mph. You will not reach terminal velocity in 90 feet, that's just ridiculous.

This page explains it well enough:

http://www.greenharbor.com/fffolder/math.html

  • For a 170-pound person wearing two parachutes and using a stable spread position, Emrich calculates that the terminal velocity (i.e, the maximum speed) would be 176 feet per second, or about 120 miles per hour.
  • Emrich notes that this 170-pound person would reach terminal velocity after about 12 seconds and would fall nearly 10,000 feet in one minute.
  • According to Emrich's calculations, this 12-second fall would cover a little under 1,500 feet, which from a terminal velocity perspective means that it doesn't make much difference whether this 170-pound person fell from 2,000 or 20,000 feet. He or she would still be moving at about 120 miles per hour.

Here's a link with a graph:

http://www.greenharbor.com/fffolder/speedtime.pdf

Falling from 90 feet will get you to around 40 mph.

Now please stop talking about things you dont understand.

You obviously did not read my post, never once did I say you would reach Terminal Velocity from a 90 foot fall. What I SAID was, you would reach roughly HALF Terminal Velocity from a 90 foot drop.

http://adventure.howstuffworks.com/outdoor-activities/water-sports/cliff-diving1.htm

During the 3-second fall from 85 feet (26 meters), competition divers at the 2009 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series experienced forces of 2 to 3 Gs when they hit the water and decelerated. That's nine times stronger than the forces Olympic high divers feel diving from 33-foot (10-meter) high platforms. By the time they reached the water, the cliff diving competitors were traveling at speeds of 53 to 62 mph(85 to 100 kph)

As you can see there, you will reach up to 62 mph from an 85 foot dive. You yourself stated that terminal velocity for a human is between 120-150 mph. 62 mph is within range of half of that and that is taking 5 feet off.

If you were talking about "half terminal velocity" then I apologize cause I misunderstood. But, the point remains that falling from 90 feet you'd only reach about 40 mph.

In any case, this is all beside the point. It's not possible to fall from a tall building (15 stories or higher) onto concrete and survive without any injuries. If you survive at all, you'll have massive internal injuries. The only way you might not is if something breaks your fall, and even then I'd expect some injuries. All the examples you gave show this to be true. You didnt post a single example of someone falling that far onto concrete and not being injured.

@willpayton: I am talking about Benghazi where seven Americans were being held hostage by Islamic state and when asked repeatedly to form an immediate response team to rescue said hostages by Petraeus, Hilary and Obama repeatedly denied permission without reason. After getting fed up by their bullsh*t Pertraeus and several spec ops operatives went off books to stage a rescue. The rescue ended in failure resulting in the death of the entire team as well as the execution of all seven hostages.

Allow me to clarify. Pertraeus was able to respond nearly immediately but for an unknown reason Hilary as well as Obama would not allow it. Now 7 innocent Americans are dead.

Except that none of this is true.

First, it was not 7 Americans, it was 4.

Second, there were 7 investigations into the whole Benghazi thing, mostly led by Republicans who had every motivation to try to screw over Obama and Clinton, and yet all of them found exactly nothing. They all cleared Clinton and the administration of any wrongdoing.

Now you can believe whatever you read on Fox News or Breitbart or what you hear on talk radio. I'll believe the facts. For example, this is what the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence report on Benghazi had to say:

Finding #10: The CIA received all military support that was available. Neither the CIA nor DOD denied requests for air support. One CIA security officer requested a Spectre gunship that he believed was available, but his commanding officer did not relay the request because he correctly knew the gunship was not available.

This is not my opinion, this is what the report says:

https://intelligence.house.gov/sites/intelligence.house.gov/files/documents/Benghazi%20Report.pdf

And not only did a committee of mostly Republican (and the other investigations) clear Clinton and the administration of any wrongdoing, what you're claiming about Patraeus is also false. In fact he debunked these conspiracy theories while testifying to the committees.

@willpayton: that is your opinion andi can understand why you have it. However Donald Trump, still has succeeded in becoming a world renowned business man. He is an arrogant ass for sure, but I do think he has a mind for politics. The very fact that he has been dominating the election so far is testimonial to that. He has been playing all the other candidates like a guitar since this has begun.

Allow me to clarify. Trump is not the first person I would want to be President, but as the election goes on it is beginning to appear that it may be a choice between Trump and Hillary. I would rather have Trump be President than a woman who has sacrificed the lives of 7 Americans with no good reason that we as citizens know of, and has also leaked critical information to enemy natians by doing something as careless as using an unsecured email. It's a pick your poison scenario and I would rather take an arrogant ass over a blatant Traitor

I'm not sure what 7 Americans you're talking about.

3. Did you cry when Bin Ladens family was taken out??

I love how Trump's supporters make excuses for him suggesting that he'd commit war crimes as President. Either that or just ignore and deflect. Anyway, I wont bother with the rest.
