Not a lot of feats? The Surfer can manipulate? You apparently have no clue what you're talking about... especially if you think that Hal Jordan Parallax relies on fear as his power or that the Silver Surfer has any chance in Hell of doing anything to him.
Hal Jordan when he was Parallax destroyed the entire DC universe including all timelines, and then created a new universe. How's that for a feat? No one could stop him, the Spectre couldnt stop him.

Like Hal said, he was controlling enough Chronal Energy to do anything he wanted. He could destroy and then recreate an entire multiverse with the amount of power he had. In fact he pretty much did just that. After he was defeated the entire DC universe had to be rebooted via a new Big Bang to undue what he did.

This is just sad that you think this is even possible against Hal. There's nothing the Time Trapper or Waverider could do to stop him. Hal could travel through time at will and no amount of time manipulation from anyone (including the Spectre) would work on him.
