"Where are you trying to upload?  Is this happening on your profile, character page, issue page?  Is it happening on the entire site for you?  What browser are you using?  Nothing has changed in the last couple weeks."

Yes I am when I go to my images and the bar does not change from upload like I never picked an image ,and the add Images button does not appear on the characters profile that I want to upload images on. 

I have not been able to upload new images the last couple of weeks, did they change the way you do it, I never had problems before.

Pre-Crisis Legion, Dave Cockrum costumes are the best.
