Holocaust comes from a world where Apocalypse has already captured and killed Namor. He'll know how to deal with him. Hell, he might even absorb him to make himself stronger. He is a mutant after all. Aquaman would be a little tricky. However, Holocaust isn't dumb, nor wouldn't he stay in the water with either of them so I think he has a better shot at defeating them than people think.
