05. Dormammu - the dreaded one.. Dr. Strange once claimed that Dormammu "at full power no one could stand against.." he once defeated Eternity and immersed to its essence..
 
06. Trigon - a sadistic, cruel and powerful demon of interdimensional origin and can be considered as a universal threat..
 
07. Mephisto - the lord of lies and takes joy in being mistaken for the biblical Satan.. he is all powerful in his own realm but drastically weakens outside it..
 
08. Surtur - a fire demon native to the extradimensional plane of Muspelheim land of the fire demons.. Surtur is powerful but probably the least powerful in the list..  Shuma-Gorath or Chthon should be place on the top of the list.. i chose Shuma over Chthon because he has more powerful foes.. but Chthon is surely not very far from him.. Neron and Set could swap places.. Neron defeated the Spectre before but was defeated by mere mortals.. Set was also defeated, well at-least by the Demogorge.. "

I disagree.  I believe that Trigon should be above the Elder Gods Chthon and Set.  Here is proof that Trigon has made multiple Universes crumble and drained the souls of millions of dimensions. 
 
Notice how here in the first scan, it was said that "Universe after Universe" has fallen to his might.  In the second scan, we can actually see Trigon capable of crushing the Earth like a little egg.  He also literally tore a universe apart in the second scan.
