I can recall saying something about Storm possibly having the "edge". But I never chose a definite winner. I can see you haven't finished trying to "criticize". lol :D

Definitely, Light using a force field makes her much more durable then Storm's human body lol.  Storm has used wind and I believe even lightning as a "shield" but it still not as durable as an actual force field. Its a difficult one, because I start leaning more towards Dr. Light but then velle37 brings up good points and I'm right back to the center lol

You might be right. Storm's biggest weakness is her human body so she wouldn't be able to take much (maybe none at all) from Light's blast power. But is Doctor Light invulnerable/ durable in any way?

Sorry, I just don't feel that because I like a certain character I am automatically referred to as a fanboy or making decisions out of favoritism. And all my comments are invalid because of it. Its not like I'm defending Storm in a battle between her and Galactus or Sentry lol that would be ridiculous.

First, and hopefully lastly of all, I never said Storm would WIN.  I said "both have a chance to basically win over a battle but I think Storm has the edge", the EDGE, this does not mean that Storm would in anyway triumph.  So because I am not 100% on Doctor Light's capabilities (I am not without any idea either) I did not pick a definite winner as you so confidently did. 
I just gave my opinion and if you disagree, well then great (thats why its a debate) but for you to accuse me of fanboism/ favoritism is incorrect. I can almost guarantee that if I would have said "I don't know much about Storm but Doctor Light has the edge" you would say nothing because its to your convenience, so suddenly I'm not a fanboy nor am I choosing over " favoritism". But in the end this is just a debate and because I don't have enough "knowledge" of the character I will not confirm a definite winner (I will leave that to the more knowledgeable ones like yourself) but as of now I will still express my opinion and give the slight edge to Storm. 
 
Secondly, well Zoom I'm not sure if the information is false, so it would be wrong of me to change it because in my perspective it could all be correct. But if you see something you believe is false then you may change it if you like : )

Excuse me, but don't start insinuating me as some type of whack Storm fanboy, I can recognize when Storm loses and when she doesn't. All I did was read a description of her powers on Doctor Light's page, and come up with a logical tactic that Storm can use to counter her. Like I said, I could of been wrong because I never really heard of Doctor Light's capabilities. If you say Doctor Light doesn't need the sun in order to use her power, or some type of light source, someone should change her power description because then its misleading.

I don't know much about Doctor Light's character but based on my readings it described how she needs a source of light in order to effectively use her powers. So, if Storm found a way to use the atmosphere to block out all forms of solar light (in other words block out her light source). And then Storm could take her out with a number of deadly arsenals at her disposal: especially since Doctor Light has no type of invulnerability (she has a regular human body). 
Both have a chance to basically win over a battle but I think Storm has the edge.

haha :D I'm sorry, I know this thread is old (practically dead) but I've heard of this thread's existence and I HAD to check it out.  
What was most insane was reading some user's comments trying to reason why Storm would actually defeat  Galactus.  
Well I'll stop now, it was a good laugh. : )

Yeah like I was describing above, it just looked like the characters felt and played as they should. It is unfortunate that it wasn't successful because I heard that as good as the attempt to make this game was, it still had a few too many technical bugs. But just imagine if this game had a sequel to be released on today's next gen. consoles, the game would have the potential of being awesome. Thanks for commenting.

I know! : ) Her rendition looked amazing. Did you watch both videos? I gotta rent this game somehow (thats if its even available since it came out only for PS2/ Xbox a long time ago.  Thanks for the comment.

Even if the gameplay might of had its bugs and clunks I think what mainly stood out for me was the renditions of some of these characters (Storm, Elektra). Like it seems for you what most stood out was Daredevil's video game adaption, and that was what pushed this game a little forward toward your liking. So I guess aside from its technical faults, like you said "on paper it was great". Yeah this game might not compare to MvC but it still looks pretty enjoyable.  Thanks for commenting.
