Blizzera- The Ice Tyrant

For the DBZ RPG

The death of Freeza and his family did not bring peace to the universe. The strongest members of the Planet Trade Organization rose to try to find power and warred on and on, former Ginyu candidates, the personal guard of the Cold family, and other empires who had just been waiting for their chance.

Then Freeza's extended relatives appeared. Long ago banished for perceived weakness, they crushed the opposing factors and brought peace to the universe. This rule lasted for nearly 100 years, but there came a time for a new generation to take over. The eggs where laid and left to incubate, and one was visited by something. Something demonic, but from far farther away than the Makai. When born, this child, named Blizzera, was immediately marked as strange. His power vastly surpassed anybody else of the time, even greater than the legendary King Cold. Even more threatening, he seemed disgusted with the way the empire had become sedentary and trained to become even mightier. At ten, he was banished for his increasing insistence that the empire once again expand.

Six years later, returned. Even through he was in his most suppressed form, even the strongest warriors in their fifth forms were helpless before him. The planet was gone in minutes, and Blizzera flew off to make a new empire.

Powers and Personality

Fifth form.

Even at his most suppressed (second form to you humans, as he has better control than Freeza), his power nears freeza's at 100% (120,000,000). Doubling with each transformation, then increasing by 100 in his last form (Fifth) to reach an astounding 2,400,000,000. At this level he rivals even the god of destruction.

Techniques:

--Weather Manipulation- Uses his ki to control the weather. Mostly used to add lightning to his attacks because at his level of power it provides no significant damage output.

--Death Saucer- Deadly disks of energy, can make five and control them remotely.

--Superior Imprisonment Ball- Traps foe in energy ball, but instead of throwing foe away, crushes them in it.

--Death beam- Shot fired from the finger, piercing attack.

--Death ball- Huge ball of ki that crushes foes and destroys planets and solar systems alike.

--Invisible eye strike- Invisible telekinetic blow shot from the eyes.

--You are a ball- Traps foe in Imprisonment Ball and turns it into a Death Ball.

--Fissure whip- Solar-system sized energy whip with the cutting power of a Death Saucer.

--Mystic Attack- Can extend tail.

--Blast Barrier- Raises barrier and tackles foe. Can also implant a smaller barrier inside a foe and expand it to destroy them.

--Explosive Powerup- Changes forms instantly and destructively. He does not trust foes not to shoot while he's changing, so he learned this trick.

Personality

While he shares his ancestor's arrogance, he is quite a bit more intelligent. He keeps no henchmen around him. They are better off working elsewhere, and he's stronger than them anyway. Most of all, he prefers to do things himself. He will see the life leave your eyes himself. He will make sure he sees the body of his foe and destroy it. He leaves no loose ends.

The Scorpion

Name: Sandra "Sunny" Williams

Age: Claims and appears to be 42. Real age may measure in the billions.

Height: 5' 3"

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Green

Origin: Divine

Occupation: CEO of Flipside

The early years of the woman known as the scorpion are shrouded in darkness. Her first confirmed sighting was in German occupied France, where she apparently armed both side with deadly hellfire weapons, leading to the great Paris burning of 1941, although there are similar accounts as far back as Roman times. Over the years, it's likely she has switched names and disguises many times, perfecting her image as a nice woman, everybody's mother, before coming to take leadership of Flipside, where she has continued to indulge in her apparent hobby of sabotaging humanity with deadly new weapons.

Powers:

Composite body- Body is formed from and contains many insects, arachnids, and reptiles, all poisonous. Some of these are not known to exist elsewhere, like the basilisks she occationally produces that have withering venom on their bodies and kill those who look into their eyes and the millions of flesh eating moths that imitate her skin. Her entire body can regenerate from only one of these creatures, and she keeps a few locked away in a safe just in case.

Divine beast- Exceptionally resistant to magic and divine weaponry and attacks.

Sensory field- Extremely perceptive of movement in a thirty-foot sphere around her body when in one piece. Individual parts have smaller fields.

Eyebeams- When whole, can fire beams of concentrated force from her eyes. Rather than lasers, these are concussive and heat based.

Wall movement- Can run on walls without losing speed.

Web generation- Spider parts can create web, but cannot project it at a range that is useful in combat. However, it can hold extremely superhuman individuals, although it lacks resistance to fire.

Life drain- A hidden mosquito proboscis that flickers out to drain foes of energy and blood, adding to her own strength.

Weaknesses:

Fire- Destroys the arthropod parts of her body easier than other attacks.

Psychics- Powerful enough mental attacks can make her lose composition of her body or even completely destroy her consciousness temporarily, making her components go wild.

Range- Only remains total control of her components within a mile, and can only give them a simple set of behaviors to operate outside of that.

Gear: The Scorpion does not carry any outside mechanical weapons or tools, but she has many types of animals she can deploy, such as the already mentioned basilisk.

Vortex spiders- These huge spiders create pocket dimensions with entrances only visible by a tiny ripple in space. Anybody touching these will be pulled in and the spider will cut off their escape route and attack them. These dimensions are roughly ten foot tall domes, and the spiders themselves are weak, but if they die the dimension will collapse.

Lightning sticks- Stick insects that cling to enemies and draw lightning to strike themselves and their foes.

Barrier beetles- Swarm of scarabs that form a barrier between themselves.

Bombers- Fast-moving lizards that cling to enemies and explode.

Devourers- The most common insects in her body. They swarm foes and devour them, and are capable of chewing through solid steel in seconds.

Megafauna- A gigantic komodo dragon that takes several minutes to fully summon. The fumes from its mouth greatly weaken those who breath them, and the venom of its teeth can rot foes to nothing seconds after being bitten.

Flipside Files- The Pack

While independent agents like Tyrant and Nucleus are powerful, sometimes missions require stealth and not pure power, although the pack still offers plenty. The pack is the most powerful of Flipside's capture squads, only sent out after the juiciest targets. The average member of this group of twenty is class 2000 and mach ten with enhanced sight and sound, chosen for combat skills and obedience and armed with all manner of alien weapons.

An average pack member, created with the technology of the Dir Tek, a minor alien empire. Like most others, he carries a deadly railgun with enough power to entirely destroy large buildings like skyscrapers with a single shot. He also has a knife of an alien alloy, improved by its vibration. Lastly, all pack members can electricute their bodies. (Note that this pack member may well have been a woman. With all the upgrades that are utilized, gender is entirely removed.) However, while the generic members of the pack share all these traits, the top five are unique.

Number 5 (Far right, on alien world)- Number five is a mach twenty five 2500 tonner. He is trained in stealth and sabotage, which he excels at due to his ability to disrupt electronics and energy-based powers with a touch. It doesn't effect physical abilities like enhanced strength and speed. He has many poisons and small guns hidden beneath his cloak and a high-frequency knife on his back. He is stubborn in personal habits and beliefs, but flexible on the field.

Number 4- Mach 45 and class 3100. An angel captured by Flipside. Uncooperative at first, he was eventually converted into a cyborg to improve his obedience. He is excellent support, being one of the more durable members of the team, with healing and barrier abilities. He can fire a mystic beam from his chest that is exceptionally effective on beings of evil that can destroy entire city blocks. He is cruel and bitter, with little of his angelic nature remaining.

Number 3- Mach 55 and class 3500. From long distances, he uses an insanely powerful laser to cut right through foes. Using a scanning function, he can see every layer of an opponent to pick out where to hit them. Up close, he uses electrical fields to attack whatever managed to get near him. He (Quite possibly she) is very patient and calm, but inflexible and slow to adapt.

Number 2- Mach 75 and class 3900. 2 is the least altered of the entire pack, with only an arm and some internal cybernetics. However, he was always superhuman, commanding a mystic flame that he can shape. This flame massively weakens nearby magic users and wounds caused by it cannot be healed by magical means. Although he normally seems very in control and calm, this can very easily turn into a deadly rage. In this state, he can rival number one in power.

Number 1- Mach 100 and class 4200. By far the most powerful of the pack, with multitudes of weapons within his body, most notably a bunch of canons hidden beneath his chest plates. He is capable of forming energy balls that cause death where they strike but leave structures intact. Fully charged, these blasts can kill entire cities. He also radiates fear and recovers from injuries not caused by divine means extremely quickly. His most powerful ability is that to turn his head into the equivalent of a black hole, sucking anything around him in, temporarily gaining their powers if they have any. He can also summon ghostly forms of these victims, although they will only be 40-70% as powerful as the original. These abilities suggest he was superhuman before his conversion to a cyborg. Personality wise, he is commanding, a natural leader, who loves the fear of his enemies. He takes the spotlight at the detriment to everyone else.

Nucleus the Regenerator

When the Pack need an extra man for the job, Nucleus is the one they call upon. He loves fighting. In fact, he loves everything. Always the life of the party, the most fun person anywhere he is in and out of costume. In addition, he's highly loyal to his family and friends. After an accident, he was remade with biological armor with interesting powers.

Name: Jordan Walters

Age: 26

Height: 6'8"

Eyes: Violet

Hair: Brown

Occupation: Flipside operative

Status: Active

Powers:

Retractable armor- Nucleus' armor is part of his body, and he forms it from his skin and reabsorbs it at will. It makes him tough enough to withstand blows at a continental level and being part of his body, it can regenerate with him.

Nuclear heart- Nuclear abilities. Capable of unleashing deadly nuclear energy that causes direct cell death (ignoring basic traditional durability) and absorb it as well.

Regeneration- Can regenerate as long as a special core of cells in his head remains. This core is protected by an egg shaped shell of reinforced adamantium, although he mostly relys on his speed to avoid damage to it.

Flight- Can fly under his own power and uses two broad wings to steer his flight. Moves at roughly mach 15.

Explosive force- Constantly generates massive amounts of spiritual energy and can release it in a variety of ways.

War beam- A concentrated beam of intense force, acts as a very powerful physical strike.

Ultra war beam- A far stronger version of the war beam. Can destroy himself and the planet if he loses control.

Fireworks- Unleashes all spiritual energy, burns own body for power.

Plasma pulse- A green light charged between the hands with great energy surrounding his body. The shot is transparent green ball that creates a massive area of effect blast.

Flipside Files- A world of devils.

Any Flipside researcher interested in dimensions knows that demons can be just about anything from a variety of universes. One universe, one that has recently become "closer" to ours, is of particular interest to us. This universe, categorized as Hell 31, contains demons that tend to bind themselves to sentient beings to access our universe. This universe is interesting for two reasons. One is that many of these demons are very eager to get into our world, and will likely be willing to make deals with us to do so. The other is that if we don't regulate their crossing, they pose a threat to the whole world. All have shown use of chi and many a mastery of magic. We suspect the tyrant vial originated in this universe. We have grouped them into classes ranging from A to F for convenience and as a guideline to anyone working with them. Note that our understanding of this world is limited, as we only have one source of information on it and it's unknown how reliable he is.

Class F:

Remember that while these classes give a general level of power, there's a lot of variation within them. This is even true among the weakest class, often called imps. However, all among this class tend to be subhuman in size, usually from 2-4 feet tall. While weaker than humans and less capable than other demons chi and magic wise, they still have some advantages. They can cross over without needing a human body as long as there's a suitable portal, and their agility is vastly superhuman. They also have some potential for growth, tending to be younger demons if they aren't the actual imp species. Imps seem to be more controllable and less destructive than other demons from the description we were given. We should focus on turning these to our side before trying to recruit anything more aggressive.

Class E:

Most demonic beasts are on this level. The one shown above is called a Perescoson, one of the simpler, weaker beasts. Fortunately, creatures like this cannot bind with a being of our universe and therefore cannot enter it. However, there are sapient beings of this strength. Beings in this class are hypersonic, usually mach five to mach 20, but they lack the abilities of higher beings and are unimpressive with chi attacks and magic. However, they could provide great shock troops, as they seem to all be bulletproof at the very least.

Class D:

The above picture is the result of our contact, known as Italigulakaraha, trying to fuze with a staff member. He was stopped before he could finish, but the worker died from the experience. He has only been permitted to speak to us from the other side of the portal with at least three magical guards on watch. This class of demon is markedly stronger than E classes, but to an unknown extent. In addition, they have special abilities that separate them from each other. Some can control the whether, some are masters of flame. Point is, they've got more tricks than those below them, so be careful when working with them.

Class C:

The creature above is Moramorekimasu. Our contact says they are an elite warrior who works for the local ruler. While their range of abilities seems to be the same as D classes, but they have vastly more power and control, in addition to overall stat increases. They can also use a far greater degree of magic than any class below them.

Class B:

Kelidekelaxus. Lord of the realm our contact is from. These are the true masters of magic and chi. Not only are they easily eight times as powerful as a class C, instead of just having one special ability, they have many. Kelidekelaxus, for example, can harness massive powers of lightning, earth, and light. They are not to be contacted or approached, as they seem to be eager to expand their realms, and would likely take our world in a heartbeat. Fortunately, they seem to have trouble bonding with mortals, as their power kills all but the most durable beings.

Class A:

They are the eldrich horrors, things that dance on the walls of logic and look at gods like they're insects. Anything else they may not even notice, just step on during their daily walk. The barriers of worlds seem to be as easy to pass through as an open door for them, and most of them have dimensions of their own, or are them, like Infinity is. Don't try to attract their attention. Don't acknowledge the one in the center of the room, watching all who come and go. Don't even say their true name- that may make them aware of your existence, and even that may be fatal. Turn any and all information on these things in to the proper authorities at once. Don't attempt to use anything you suspect may have been made on them, and don't try to translate writing about them.

Failure to comply by any rules stated here will result in letting Italigulakarahad play with you. (lost all my pictures for no reason, hope they stay this time)

Tyrant 13- Last in line

Tyrant 13 is the latest and greatest warrior in Flipside's employ. He utilizes chi, the natural energy of his body, different then most users we know of, most likely due to his alien physiology. This and his natural physiology give him stunning abilities.

Powers and abilities:

Flight- Tyrant 13 can propel himself with his chi.

Weather manipulation- Tyrant 13 can create wind and clouds for area-of-effect attacks.

Electrical constructs- Tyrant 13 can use his chi to force lightning into shapes, including electrical cages, weapons, and armor in the form of an aura.

--Lightning stunbuster- Massive ball of electricity and chi dropped upon foes. Massive AOE, takes quite a bit of time to charge.

Dermal armor- Even without chi, 13's skin can tank automatic fire and lessen the damage of explosive weapons.

Stamina- The limits of 13's stamina are unknown, and he only seems to tire when wounded.

Chi manipulation- Tyrant 13 can raise his stats and use attacks with chi. Some notable techniques are-

--Battle aura- Surrounds his body with a glowing white aura that deflects most attacks and softens others. It can also be absorbed into his muscles to greatly increase his physical attack speed and power to city-block destroying level from wall-busting. Can use this to briefly survive in space by holding air.

--Travel aura- Surrounds his body to streamline his form and allow him to fly at hypersonic speeds, up to mach 20.

--Sensory enhancement- Can increase his eyesight, sense of smell, and hearing greatly above normal. Can also sense the relative power of a possible foe and even read minds when in physical contact, although this is limited.

--Regeneration- Heals quickly and can recover from fatal wounds, but only if allowed to focus.

--Tyrant's fist- Chi attack launched from the palm. Full-power shot can punch an island-sized hole in the crust.

--Finger grenades- Blasts as strong as a grenade fired from the fingers. Very spamable.

--Lion's roar- Puts chi into lungs and collapses them with tremendous power, creating a massively destructive shockwave.

--King's claw- Blade of Chi around the forearm for a sword-like attack.

After training with the Strigidae, Tyrant gained a great deal of martial arts skill and developed a few new techniques:

--War beam- Move used originally by Nucleus, concentrated beam of force, only about two feet across with no AOE.

--Charged up charge- Pushes his body to the limits and enters close combat. Because this prevents ranged attacks and slows his travel speed, he usually has to trap his foe or trick them into facing him at this range.

--Shrapnel burst- A unique attack where Tyrant blasts the armor of a part of his body to create shrapnel.

--Sovereign Supreme- Massive variation of the Tyrant's Fist that completely drains Tyrant of energy. Tyrant 13's strongest move to date.

Weaknesses:

-Arrogance can get in the way. As hard as he tries, he just can't help telling his opponents why they lost sometimes.

-Physical damage limits chi production, lessening his abilities.

Appearance:

Tyrant stands at 7'4", with a heavily muscular build, not quite bodybuilder level but still bulky. His skin is also heavily plated, almost a half inch thick and green, a mix of forest green on the face and shoulders, and dark green on the rest of his body. He has short tusks sticking from his lower jaw. From his head pours light that acts much like hair. This is normally kept unorganized and hanging to his shoulders on the back and in some strands over his shoulders in the front. His eyes are a dark orange-red.

Personality:

With all his power, 13 is very friendly and calm most of the time, never seeming to lose his cool even when on the verge of losing. However, he was a clear streak of arrogance, talking down to most humans and aliens. However, he considers some his equals, and is very loyal to Flipside and Mark Simmons, his apparent father, or at least appears to be. Has a sense of fun and enjoys fighting a good foe, but keeps it subdued most of the time. Closest to INFP personality overall.

Flipside Files- A tyrant is born

Researcher: Dr. Mark Simmons. All previous attempts to use the object labeled as the Tyrant Vial for a super soldier have failed due to their lack of cooperation and the adverse affects of the liquid. To compensate for both, this experiment has made two changes. One will be an amnesiac to hopefully lessen the physiological effects of the vial, administered with the liquid. The other will be that our subject will be a pregnant woman, Tyrant 12. Hopefully the effects will be passed on to the child, leaving us with a controllable warrior. As of part one, our subject has given birth, bringing us the being we have designated Tyrant 13. Unfortunately, subject 12 died in birth, leaving us only with 13. With permission from the company, I will raise Tyrant 13 until he can care for himself.

Week one: Tyrant is covered in thick dermal scales that, upon testing, has a cellular structure similar to a plant and is bulletproof, but otherwise mostly resembles a human infant. Further testing is currently unadvised due to his being an infant.

Week two: Tyrant 13 has already learned many words and indentifies me as his father, and has displayed cognitive skills on par with a toddler, showing incredibly accelerated growth. Although unable to walk, he can hover to move about his room, causing some possible containment issues. A strange fuzzy glow has began coming from the top of his head.

Week three: 13 has become capable of simple conversations at about the level of a five year old. The glow has turned into something resembling hair made out of light, currently just a short fuzz on top of his head. Tyrant 13 displays great energy and seeks training actively. I happily encouraged this, but 13 complained about even the heaviest weights being to light.

Week four: Tyrant 13 has finally found weights that satisfy him. Under strict supervision, he has been allowed to visit an abandoned train yard and lift the engines. He has begun displaying some of the energy manipulation seen in the former Vial drinkers and great speed, already clocking in over mach two.

Week five: 13 appears to have hit puberty. His muscle mass has increased, his hair-light has formed into a full mane with two braids over his shoulders, and he has grown thin tusks. His powers have exploded, and he seems to be developing the ego of the former vial users, but his connection to me seems to keep him loyal. Towards the end of this week, he began to display powers we haven't seen before. I feel he is entirely ready for combat with the coming threat. Tyrant 13 himself seems to already know about it and wants to prove himself.

Flipside part three- The Archives

Beneath the production floor, beneath the testing floors, beneath even the top secrete research floors, there are the archives. This is where the things that can never be released live, things that will ravage the earth if they ever get out. Just a few of these are:

Followers- Spherical objects, resemble silvery spheres with black camera for eye. Normally sit still in their room until something moves within about fifty yards, at which point they will rise and begin following the moving object. They will follow this object until it stops, with no known limit to their following. When the objects stop, the follower will open its shell into a multitude of pieces, revealing a mass of webs that look like they're made of raw guts. These webs will tear the target apart and form a new follower. With this reproductive strategy, they can easily overrun the earth if unchecked. Leave them alone.

Chess- A chess set of unknown origin. Harmless when left alone, and can only be used by two people with different desires (you can't both be on the same side). The rules: before the game begins, each person names all the other player's pieces, after which they take on the shape of the person they represent wearing white or black. If a piece is taken, the person named dies. Healing factors, durability, and immortality don't seem to stop this. The kings are automatically assigned to the players. Once started, the game cannot be quit. Note: The entity Web Flotsam has a fascination with this object and the one who brought it to earth. Don't challenge him to a game. He will summon this board and he will win.

Tyrant vial- A teardrop shaped vial made of a white, ivory seeming material on a chain made to go around the neck. The vial refills when drunk, but cannot be drunk more then once a week. The vial, when drunk, has the following effects:

Drink one: Drinker gains peak human stats. May become slightly more bold and boisterous.

Drink two: Drinker gains class 2-4 strength and undetermined superhuman speed. Skin becomes slightly paler and eyes become slightly bluer. Subject becomes distant to close relatives and friends.

Drink three: Drinker's abilities seem to increase exponentially, but actual increase has not been measured due to increasing uncooperative tendencies. Subject also gains the ability to fly and control energy, although the point to which they can do this is unknown. Becomes arrogant at this point.

Drink four: Drinker begins openly mocking researchers, saying there's nothing they could do if they felt like escaping. To demonstrate, one subject fired a burst of energy at the security doors, knocking them off their hinges. They made no attempt to escape afterward, instead choosing to mock the "unfortunate mortals" that had found him.

Drink five: Nobody has survived a fifth drink. Autopsies have shown massive internal organ changes that made the body unsustainable. Testing with nonhumans recommended. Notes: Vial's liquid has no effect on non-sapient animals, but is effective on some primates, Dolphins, and sapient aliens. Don't ever stay alone with a vial user, no matter how far they are in the cycle.

Infinity: Infinity is kept in a small room kept permanently locked. Originally found in a warehouse, Infinity took many of the magical heroes of earth to defeat and relocate. Opening the door to the room with reveal a cavern of flesh, seemingly endless and filled with strange moaning and humanoid things seemingly made from the raw flesh of the cavern. These creatures all have a vibrant green eye with a slit pupil, usually on their chest or back. These beings have minor superhuman strength and terrifying speed, and although they're very soft, they quickly regenerate their wounds by absorbing flesh from their surroundings and can only die by being stabbed through the eye. When Infinity was first contained, some workers were sent in to clear these creatures out. However, as the lone survivor pointed out, Infinities insides shift around, making it nearly impossible to find the exit once you're in, one of the many reasons its room is strictly off limits. From time to time, those opening the door before it was permanently locked will see a great green eye, bigger than a football field, staring back. Those who see this eye report dreams of hundreds of people suffering and dying in a sea of meat while a green eye that fills the sky watches. Their behavior becomes increasingly detached and dangerous, and they will eventually try to get back into whatever room Infinity is held in. They have no apparent plan, but they develop some odd physical and mental features, including their eyes turning green and growing another one somewhere on their bodies and developing an affinity for magic of an unknown source. It's likely that there will never be any answer to what this entity wants.

Flipside part two.

Researchers:

Rozalia Sokoloff- Magical archaeologist. The premier scholar of magical artifacts in Russia, she has recently been studying the only known copy of Excalibur ever made, searching for a way to replicate it's scabbard's ability to totally prevent bleeding from a wound.

Thomas Ringer- Arkansas native, no inside voice, studier of the linguistics of magic. Currently in charge of a project to separate different syllables to form new magic words from different combinations of syllables.

Lena Abreu- 116 years old, one of the first researchers of alien technology. Has slowly replaced parts of her body with robotics and is now a full cyborg.

Operatives:

Nucleus- A radioactive mutant with adaptive abilities, capable of regenerating as long as the nucleus of cells in his head survive. To protect them, they're surrounded by an egg-shaped adamantium shell, allowing him to regenerate immune to whatever "killed" him. He spends all his time training, locked in a room the size of a football stadium filled with traps and aggressors, only leaving for missions.

Flipside also has a variety of enhanced warriors, too many to count here, although their premier squad is the Pack, all enhanced to the point of no longer being recognizable. The Pack's members are ten massively enhanced humans, between class 2000 and 4200 and mach 10 to mach 100 depending on their augments, and have a wide variety of abilities.

Leader:

When questioned, Scorpion Coin operatives will only call their leader "The Scorpion", a name that calls to mind a tall, faceless man. In reality, it's just Sunny Williams, a 44 year old southern woman and founder of the company. A possible metahuman, she comes off as friendly but very smart. Only one of these is actually the case. Sunny is really a functioning Sociopath, capable of faking empathy whenever necessary.

Scorpion Coin - The dark side of Flipside

Flipside- a spot of blue in the sea of green that is the abandoned side of Detroit. Well known for their research of alien technology and magical artifacts for the betterment of mankind, as well as their efforts to restore the city, it also has a darker side. Working under the alternate title of Scorpion Coin, they sell off failed experiments to rouge nations and major organized crime. Their products mostly consist of military gear, the most frequent being power suits and some permanent augmentations. The power suits, depending on their quality and the level of alien tech, may range between class ten and class fifty. They also make some magical weapons, although these are usually not sent out for use due to their especially destructive nature, like the hellfire flamethrower, a weapon that spews the unquenchable fires of hell, and some more questionable experiments go on, people upgraded until no longer human, a creature trapped in an endless cycle of death and regeneration, and other things put in deeper chambers, never to be released.

Operatives: Flipside has a variety of scientists and mercenaries at its disposal, many of them alien or magical in orgin. Recently, they have been flooded with a wave of refuges coming from deep space, fleeing an incoming army. Their probes have confirmed the stories of this army's size and scope, and Flipside couldn't be more thrilled. (positions open for beings of magic and alien tech, both scientist and mercenary positions available)More on the leaders and current important members of this corporation and its flip side in my next post.
