What about the Beyonder in response to Legion? The OP states every available inhuman. I imagine those two could duke it out pretty well...

The OP seems like a pretty odd list. While I agree that some of the listed characters were created simply to be difficult, others have actual value to the Marvel/DC universe. I would say characters like Abraxas and Protege and Superboy prime are good examples of worthless and extremely overpowered characters.

As for the fight I'd say Resurrection Man. Why? Just cuz

True Drax killed Thanos, but I don't recall anything that involved a power set beyond what we've seen from DCNU Aquaman...What Drax did have was significant skill and enhanced stats. We haven't seen enough from Aquaman hand to hand wise to determine if he's better than Drax (probably not).

Out of sheer wistfulness I'm gonna say Aquaman.

I think it's pretty much universally agreed that classic Drax would fish slap Aquaman
