"The Human Fly" was a REAL person who performed all kinds of stunts in the '70s... like hanging onto the front of a jet plane from takeoff to landing. It was very corny and staged... but, Marvel gave him a shot for an issue or two.

They should have sued him for trying to act like Spider-man... you know... "spider and fly" stuff.

He must of been one hell of a shuckster in his time... but, he fell off the radar REALLY fast!

One of those things in the '70s that sucked.

And, I was there to witness all the SUCK!

(And, the occasional good things.)

He had a good long run!

I preferred him over Kirby.

His artwork on Hawkman and Sqt. Rock were my favorite.

What a great artist that drew all the way to the end.

There used to just be four "Guardians of the Galaxy".

I know because I bought that issue of "Marvel Super-heroes" #18.

Over the decades, I have tried to keep up with them.

Now, I would not care.

They just have a cool sounding name...

And the movie will suck and sink.

So much other Marvel material to play with... and they go straight to the ragtags!

Back in the day, Hawkeye and Black Widow were the golden couple.

Then there was this Daredevil and Black Widow comic that came out in the 70s'!

And, she had already been married to the Red Guardian.

What a ho! (And, a widow.)

This actor has shown no respect to the Hawkeye character.

Let him go sniff Matt Damon's underwear for a while.

Hawkeye cannot carry his own comic book, much less a MOVIE!

They will find a way to mess him up...

Maybe a nice "Mohawk" will reappear!

He is a great idea that has rarely been realized... until yet another writer decides to remold him.

He is slowly becoming the Hank Pym of the DC universe(s).
