Forgot to mention: win by death/last man standing
Here's how I would do it:
- Midnighter (in an Ironman-like suit), Flash, Goku, Vegeta, my pokemon silver character who owns 400+ pokemon (including level 100 Suicune, Entei, Lugia, and 6 other level 100s - still counts as one), Adam Warlock, Magneto
The fight:
Vegeta, Goku and Flash speed-blitz the city. Black Adam and SS are the only ones with the reaction time great enough to stop them, but they won't be able to stop all. Flash and Vegeta stick together, so when either SS/BA stop them, Flash distracts them, possibly sacrificing his life, while Vegeta/Goku blows up the entire city with nuke-like power. Keep in mind this happened less 0.1 seconds into the fight. If the suited enemies (Bats, IM, Fantomex and Deadpool) did not die, they are surely scattering a little, allowing Magneto and Warlock to pick off them off (fantomex is surely disoriented). Now it is Goku, Vegeta, Midnighter, Pokemon Trainer, Majin Boo and Magneto (assuming Flash died) vs. BA, SS and Hal Jordan. It is now 1-10 seconds into the match.
Hal Jordan instinctively used a green shield to protect him from the blast. The green glow gives his position away. Goku teleports behind him and snaps Hal's neck, while those not tied up with BA and SS laugh menacingly. Meanwhile, Majin Boo, Pokemon trainer (with help of his psychic pokemon who teleport) and Flash (if he is not dead, even though he prob is) have found the Dragon Balls. They summon Shenron, and wish for the Infinity Gauntlet. But wait, what's this? Shenron blows up the planet. Little did they know, Deadpool was still alive, and could still talk really loud, and interrupted the wisher and wished for Shenron to blow up the planet.
The only current survivors are BA, SS, Adam Warlock, Midnighter in his suit, Goku, Vegeta, Majin Boo and one Metapod who has been using "Harden" every 15 seconds in a battle for a battle at the breeder/trainer that has lasted 12 years, and his defense level is just insane. Midnighter planned for this exact scenario, and my team already had procedures in place. In a tactical and lighting fast clash of these behemoths, that no living human could even comprehend, my team very narrowly wins due to strategic advantage, superior fighting skills, and the fact that my pokemon trainer technically owned the training metapod this entire time, who was impossible for any character to defeat, and therefore the last man standing, therefore my team wins.
