It's an hour prep, and he doesn't exactly have resources in ways to use that prep.

Miles is stronger and faster than Randy, and also has his spider sense to dodge anything that Randy throws at him.

Also, you created this thread, so why are you debating for the other side?

This isn't a good fight.

randy also has powers, he can take giant robots down with no effort, and his sword can cut trhough anything execpt for bulldosers (and stupidity, according the swordsmith) and he can set his body in fire soI don't think he can touch him lilke thay

All of that doesn't really matter when you're facing an opponent stronger and more faster than you. Anything that you said still doesn't effect the fact Randy could be stunned and then KO'd.

Miles actually has powers and can use them. A spider sting should stun the Randy and then he can finish the fight with a KO.

This isn't a good fight.

Without having seen any of the ninja, I can safely say that Miles is still winning this easily.

That's not happening. Luffy has been casually dodging bullets since before Pre Time Skip, He's not gonna have a problem with either of these guys.

Conquerers Haki may not do much to them, but 2nd Gear will.

Luffy won't even have time to think about Gear Second. Not all HP spells come out as physical beams of light, Dumbledore casts a Petrificus Totalus, there's nothing for Luffy to dodge or evade, he instantly freezes in his tracks, meanwhile Voldemort attacks from a different direction. There's also Crucio, which I believe Luffy can withstand pain wise, but it will indeed slow him down.

All of the known instances of using Petrificus Totalus, didn't they need to say the words? That right there is still enough time for Luffy to move out of the way.

Luffy could easily blitz either of these guys, he's not going to be hit by any spell once he starts moving.
