I agree with an earlier comment, the best chance anyone has to beat Thanos is during their first meeting. This is a hard pick for me seeing as how I like both dudes about the same. Thanos has taken over the MU more time than anybody else through knowledge and not power but Despero won hands down over a group of the strongest and most powerful beings in DCU. If Thanos doesn't have a back up plan then I say he loses or if Despero underestimates Thanos he goes down. I honestly want to see a team up between the two, with Purple Man and Darkseid added on to make a truly epic crossover. The 4 of them would be unstoppable.

Thing about this whole set up is if any of the other Hero's/villains find out Punisher is killing them then he is screwed. People often think about how good the Frank is but don't count out folks like Spider-man and Ronin, They take on heavy hitters all the time. Until I truly see Frank take out some heavy hitters on his own, no help and no special all mighty weapons or upgrades. Honestly I think he stops at Cap and Bucky simply because they both are a great team and know how to work together to take out more powerful foes. Giving him strong weapons gives him a better chance but that doesn't mean he will win, he has some stiff competition and honestly the wounds will get him eventually.

But I did have one question how much knowledge and training does he have with his new weapons because he will be going up against folks who for the most part have perfected their styles, that plays a major part in this, no point in having Cap's shield if you knock ya self out with it when you throw it lol.

Wolverine wins this hands down, it was a Wolverine movie with no blood in it, the plot was BS, pretty much none of the characters had the right background. It was like taking everything fans of Wolverine liked and throwing it away to make it a family movie. I have a 3 yr old boy in the class I teach who saw it and thought it was funny, no joke.

Kingpin-sorry but I just don't see  a guy I can outrun as being a villain

Whiplash-an electric whip, seriously come on

Vulcan-only because his powers keep changing, its irratating

Sinestro-only because he's made to be the Green Lantern's weakness but he still always loses

Mojo-I just don't like him at all

Ultimo-a big dumb version of Ultron

and lastly Blob-the unmovable object that pretty much everybody has been able to move

Now if only he quit before Spider-man 2. I'm sorry but Between them killing off all his biggest villains (Dr. Octopus, Venom, both Green Goblins, still really pissed about the last one), the whole Fall Out Boy attitude in the middle of Spider-man 3, and the over emotional aspects of all three films I have to say I won't be sad at all if Tobi really doesn't come back. I was happy at first because he actually does look like Peter to me but then the sequels came out. I know Spider-man is popular because he's always the under dog but between the movies and the comics I've been very disappointed in what's being done with Peter.

Epic fail of the year goes to Spider-man for having a chance to kill Osborn and ending Dark Reign but opting against it. What will they do to the man next.

I was just sitting back reading about the Fall of the Hulks and something kept running in the back of my mind with the Beta Ray Bill "Godhunter". Right now Bruce Banner is running around with his son Skaar (I consider him Bruce's son too) but has everybody forgotten what Skaar did before he was thrown to earth. He not only woke up Galactus from what could have been a 1000+ yr sleep, he also made him hungrier. Now we have Beta Ray Bill who is looking to take down the big purple man, but what do you think will happen when he finds out that Skaar is the reason why's he's up and moving around now, doesn't that indirectly make Skaar the most hated being in the universe. So my question is do you think there will be a Skaar vs. Beta Ray Bill comic coming out or Skaar:Most Wanted Being Alive series. Because what I see he's done nothing but piss people off and kill people.

Do you think that his current story arc will have this involved in it or will there be something big behind this. You gotta remember if this was the Hulk then most earth heroes would be down to help and defend him but what happens when somebody who has little to no allies is hunted by almost every being in creation, including one suped up Alien version of Thor.
