Structurally, that chart cannot exist as it is drawn! This may be simply a question of semantics, since JohnnyO is British, but in American parlance, "Libertarian" is not the antithesis of  "Authoritarian"..."Liberal" is. There is no such thing as a liberal Libertarian.
 
I didn't look at the chart yesterday, because my ideology prevented me from answering the very first question. But the whole philosophy of the liberal pivots around the concept of collectivism. The philosophy of the libertarian pivots around the concept of individualism. "

Not so. Different countries have different currencies. But all countries trade in the US dollar. BIG difference.
 
They trade in US currency because it is the most stable (or at least it used to be until recently.) "

Every respectable president has used notes or a written speech when talking to a large crowd. Some of the most famous speeches in American history were pre-written/thought out. 
 
Palin writes her notes on her palm... and she stairs at her had while giving speeches....
