Kitty's death just seemed a complete waste of a favorite character.  Jean was a huge loss as well, it would be nice if they would stop killing her off. 

Betsy might as well be in comic limbo, as the Exiles have never been a favorite series of mine.  Of course, all these alternate realities are going way overboard anyway.  Lets stick to this reality, before I starting banging my head in confusion.
