From behind his assailant, Lindon cocked his head again. Unless the man demanding he drop his weapon was handicapped, he could not possibly believe that surrendering the adamantium baton would be removing all of his available weaponry.

"I think mine will hurt more."

Lindon was matter-of-fact.

Lindon, whose head was turned the other way, exploded into motion, moving out of the way before the entity ever released the fire. He rolled around Warren, drawing his baton.

"You have ten seconds to explain yourself."He was deadpan.

Lindon cocked his head toward the man, his cyborg eye immediately measuring the weapon, caliber, strength, and the emotion in the man. Vesigrae had undergone numerous upgrades in his absence, and now felt no fear. He felt no emotion.

"Lower your weapon, please. I am Vesigrae."

As the entity appeared, Lindon looked up, putting his human eye directly in the way of the other's eyesight. His hand closed around his baton, but other than that, he gave no indication.

"Please identify yourself."

As the half-man, half-machine approached the hotel that served as the base of the team, the sensors in his head began to buzz. The side of his head that is encased in titanium made a faint whirring sound as the extra-sensory machines worked and it wasn't long before he was in a full run towards the base, his speed enhanced by his cybernetic enhancements. As he got close enough, he leapt, clasping onto the wall of the hotel. He climbed steadily, hand over hand, finally crawling in a window. His usual mode of operation involved a door, but if there was a fight, the front door may not be a good option. As he put feet down on the carpet of the room, he put his hand around his extendable adamantium baton, and set his other hand on his magnesium-flash grenade pouch. He exited the room and took a look around, his super-senses guiding him.

"I've never met the fellow, but I do not trust his intentions. If there is any one thing the past has taught me, it is that every man has a price. I wonder what his is."

Vesigrae has just awoken after a few year rest / upgrade. He'll be upgrading equipment, armour, and base of operations. Also, he may join a team.
