The one who wasn't strapped to a chair and useless for like two episodes in Defenders.

Clearly Alisa

Have you guys seen the ending? I don't want to spoil anything, but I definitely wouldn't call her a villain or even an antagonist. To be an antagonist you need to come in conflict with the protagonist and for the majority of the show she is not in conflict with Jessica really.

I just finished it today, solid show though not as good as Punisher. Anyway, I'd argue Alisa is the closest thing the show has to the traditional definition of the antagonist. She represents the primary physical threat and emotional dilemma that Jessica has to overcome.

I doubt one can really make much of an argument for Trish or Malus being the main antagonists anyway, they're more of the supporting cast.

Zero. Downright unwatchable. Features all the worst traits of the Netflix Marvel shows like shoddy pacing, while displaying a fundamental misunderstanding of the Iron Fist character and his mythos. I also hold Iron Fist responsible for the worst elements of the Defenders as well.

I'm a little disappointed that no one here has posted objectifying pictures to support their preferences. Shame on you all.

@heroup2112 Wow, you dated a Malaysian girl? Where do you live? My people aren't really all that common in the West.

We already had a Damage in the Pre-52 universe, and he was a far more interesting character than Bargain Bin Costco Discount Walmart Great Value Hulk over here.

I can forgive the infamous Deathstroke Identity Crisis fight because the character, from his first appearance, was designed to be a teambuster capable of taking on multiple metahumans through preparation and superior skill. Granted, it stretches the credibility to near-breaking point (particularly with Kyle Rayner), but the fight works well as a dramatic beat. Also, from a writing perspective, I actually like that Slade took advantage of Wally's cockiness at having fought him before. I don't care about any of the Infinite-Mass-Whatever feats that angry Wally fans will argue for, it's still a cool story moment.

Also, I'm willing to let the Liberty Belle/Zoom one go. Partly because I think Zoom was totally blindsided by Liberty Belle reconnecting with the Speed Force. And partly because this issue was written by Johns, y'know, the guy who created Zoom, so I'm willing to give him some latitude there.

The rest are pretty terrible, though. I've read all these showings with their context, and I don't think anyone can really defend Catwoman vs. the Flashes.

Zeke by a mile. Also, Mandarin is definitely going to win this.

@waezi2 Can I steal your idea and do one for Cap's villains.

If a member of Team Flash gets mad about something and leaves the room like a whiny toddler, only for another member to follow after them and have a heartfelt conversation one more time I'm gonna have a damn stroke. They literally used this twice in this week's episode, and they really need to come up with more creative ways of character interaction that don't involve forced moments that have all the subtlety of a brick to the face.

That said, Flash is okay. S4 has had some solid episodes. Flash is far from the best Arrowverse show (that award goes objectively to Legends of Tomorrow), but it's like Supergirl, inoffensively mediocre and predictable every week. It's not great, not terrible, just okay.
