I would of much rather preferred Angela to still be an Angel, even if she had to be half Asgardian. Her debut in Guardians of the Galaxy implied she was an Angel when they had no pre-existing data on her species. I don't like her being an Asgardian, but I do like this mini. So I'll keep reading.

Except that wouldn't have made sense.

Angela being Odin's and Freyja's daughter was the best choice.

I still don't know how I feel about Angela being Thor's sister, but suffice it to say that the Thor & Loki tie-ins are the only ones I'm following out of the whole Original Sin shebang.

What do you guys think of this umpteenth event ?

Angela being Thor's sister is a perfect fit though.

@lorex: There is a heaven in the Marvel universe and Ghost Rider has teamed up and fought against Angels before. Angela will fit right in really.

@edblank: But this is part of 'Their own stories " now. She is now a Marvel character.

People read it because they enjoy it. You have every right not to like it, but that doesn't stop others from liking it. Being vocal on the internet doesn't help anyway.

The focal point changes each issue, so Hazmat wouldn't be the focal point of an arc, we already had an issue in her POV.

Also, the ones in that teaser aren't the final four, most of the characters are still alive, only 2 have died.

Considring how well ASM #700 is selling, people do seem interested. And Marvel didn't have an African-American in Nick Fury in the main universe and it's understandable that they would add one after the success of the films. Besides, Marcus is far from boring and he's being used well working with his partner Coulson.

Heres how id retcon this. The Nick Fury Marcus was talking to was actualy Max the android Coulson and the entire thing would be a scheme of the shadow council or something just to make Marcus believe hes in charge of shield.

You're kidding right? This has nothing to do with the Shadow Council so no and it wasn't Max Fury, it was Nick Fury. Coulson is a SHIELD agent and Nick Fury Jr./Marcus isn't in charge of SHIELD anyway, he's a field agent. Maria Hill is the Director of SHIELD, she's the one in charge.

they better kill off this Fury Jr soon and bring back iconic Nick Fury, which they claim will never be seen again

They won't kill him and they shouldn't. Having more high profile black heroes is a good thing. Besides, the old Nick Fury lost the Infinity formula and after the movie, the Sam Jackson version of Fury is far more popular and well known.

@jonEsherfey:

Hulk has defeated multiple enemies at the same time before, even when they outnumbered him 100 to one. So no, 10 of them would overwhelm him.
