He went to the very limits when it came to Venom. I doubt that's a legit poster, they don't have a firm script and they already revealing the bad guy? Not likely "

I dont follow you. Are you saying that Venom's design in the comics was never very gruesome, and that the movie version is a faithful representation of the character?                -_-

Also, Venom was stopped, countless times, not fucking killed. There's a difference.

In response to G-Man's question, I am still very pissed with Raimi about his treatment of the venom character. So much potential, and they just ruined it. If he didn't like the character, I would have preferred not have seen him in the franchise until later, or never.

1. I would totally do Harley Quinn

2. The only problem with Deadpool's mask for a movie is that his eyes would have to be white.

This is tricky because as we've seen with many of the Bat-Man movies, they always keep the actor's real eyes in the mask rather than make white coverings, I guess to show their humanity or something stupid like that.  In Dark Knight they finally got close to it, when he has that special night vision thing and his eyes are glowing white. That was a very nice touch.

I think it's important that they nail this with Deadpool. Since he doesn't have a mouth, his eyes are the most expressive part of him. How can he look as funny if he is always glaring in a fixed, angry position.

I know, that was a seemingly unnecessary rant, but I think it can make/break his appearance and piss of fans ever more (although after Baraka-Pool, I think fans will accept anything).

I've been a little behind on Eddie Brock and his Anti Venom run.

Is this a spider-man issue or Anti-Venom's own issue?

This looks really cool.

Ever since Venom's image went in the can (come on, he was tall as a goddamn building when they fought Morgan Le Fey), I figured all hope was lost, but this issue looks promising. In these few pictures it shows how the Venom suit doesn't have to be an over the top slobbering mess of fangs.

Hopefully we'll get to see some fangs though lol.

oh wow...here this whole time I thought Thor was Zeus's homey. What a fool I am.

Okay well...I think you get the point I'm trying to make. I'm not trying to insult the Thor fans, I'm just skeptical of how this film will go over with non-fans.

If the cast is right, then we might have a hit on our hands.

Then he would lose his whole "I'm a cat" thing and become carnage.

I would only want to see symbiotes bond with people who have strange powers, that's why Gargan bonding looked like it was going to be cool.

Maybe Vermin...Venom with a tail. Or a good guy, like Collosus. He have his black, metal armor and all the abilities of SpiderMan, and then some.

I have always disliked Thor, because I feel if I want to read about Greek mythology...then I'll read Greek mythology.

With that said, I (and many others like myself) will be very hard to win over as this movie starts to take shape. You look at past Marvel movie releases...SpiderMan had the powers of a spider, IronMan had the thrill of using his mechanical suit, X-Men was fascinating because of all the cool powers and character Hulk was just a huge machine of destruction. These movies seem to draw people in and sell well.

Then you have Thor...the blonde Greek god. Where is the selling appeal? Are they going to try and make him look badass (how??), or go for the epic mythology aproach?
