I drove a 1990 Toyota Camry and loved it. the only real money I had to sink into it was a body job about 2 Years before I gave it to my Brother last summer. He still drives it and only now after 18 years and over 200 000 kilometers is it getting to the point of unreliable. This is the reason that- when I could afford a new car I went with another Toyota make. I now drive a Pontiac Vibe and love it even tho its underpowered and very un-sexy.
@vacren: I don't have an issue with older threads being bumped. It doesn't hurt me or anyone else, and it's a trivial thing to fret over. Feel free to continue with zero problems on my end!
@baldur_odinson: Thank you for having self control, and realize the internet isn't just for you.
It was me either making a bunch of threads, or me finding interesting threads where I was gonna ask the same thing/ wanted to answer no matter how old it is.
Just because a thread is forgotten doesn't mean no one shouldn't respond to it. That's like saying why would you respond/visit a memorial of history, or even comment under YouTube videos that are very dated and doesn't matter. But people pick and choose.
I'm a curious person.
You're welcome!
@torrussilver: Have you considered upgrading to a Chiron?
@morghulis I don't really find myself disagreeing with you all to often but this is one of those times. I can get how it's mildly annoying, but they're allowed to bump whatever threads they feel like posting on. Thread's shouldn't just be off limit because they're old.
@morghulis I mean, if they just said bump then there would be a problem. But if they legitimately have something to say than let them be. I see why JUST bumping threads to bump threads is problematic, but it seems like they have something to say so let them be I guess.
@morghulis Ok fair enough I guess
