I am absolutely stoked. I am a little worried about villains being packed in, but Rhino isn't exactly a super deep character (barring those excellent Kelly issues during the Gauntlet), so he could just play a small part.

At the very least, the action scenes look head and shoulders above the ones in the first movie.

Two Spider-man books with Peter this week? And it wasn't even Christmas. Looking forward to the next one.

I really hope the next issue has a bit more plot to it. Now, don't get me wrong, I love my comics to have plenty of face punches, but it's starting to feel like a bit much.

I mean, it's just that I live around and encounter people that, frankly, kinda suck. If I lived in a blue county as well, I probably wouldn't mind it so much. Also, I don't terribly mind being surrounded by Republicans, it's just the ones where I live are pretty obviously anti-Obama because of the color of his skin, not because of his policies or any, ya know, justifiable reason.

All I know about Georgia is that the people that go to crappy little punk shows there are pretty decent people. If you're going there for any other reason than that, I can't help ya.

Of the states I've been to, Alabama, and I was born and raised here. I hate it. People are completely willfully ignorant, I have to deal with casual racism and sexism from almost everyone, and I'm, sometimes, treated like a pariah because I don't share those opinions.

The worst was when I was working as a cashier for a sporting goods/outdoors store. For the 3 months I worked there, at least once a day, usually more, I had to listen to full blown racist rants about our President. Regardless of your feelings on Obama, I think we can all agree that screaming at a cashier for 10 minutes about how awful he is, with liberal use of a certain word beginning with n, is a little much.
