Supes still wins.He will rip the damn Iron Man suit to shreds even though it's impossible for anyone but Tony to wear it because of Extremis but for the thread I 'll go with it.She's not going to shoot him because of his speed and just because she is on Ghost Rider's bike which is the same situation as the Iron Man suit,it doesn't mean she has Ghost Rider's powers.She loses either way.
