@mucklefluga: It was released a while ago on the Australian publisher, Gestalt Comics. Great to see an Australian comic is making waves overseas :)

@dondave: The animation is well done. I think you are referring more to the visual style of the characters.

I have been enjoying the series from the first issue. It is not doing great in sales so hopefully it is doing well in trade.

@battle_forum_junkie: I have been working on it since early April, sending off a lot of emails and doing many a Google search. Cheers for the letting me know about Speeding Bullet, I've added it to the directory.

With Free Comic Book Day on Saturday I thought it would be cool to make a Free Comic Book Day directory so people can find an event near them.

http://www.howtolovecomics.com/free-comic-book-day-directory/

Keep in mind that it is not complete but I am updating up until about Friday morning (as that is all time will permit me to). If I have missed any events feel free to let me know and I will add them in.

Hopefully this has been helpful.

I think the Adventure Time and My Little Pony comics have helped pave the way for a resurgence in All ages comics from certain publishers. Now if only the big 2 got their act together.

I've been a fan of Sean Murphy since Joe the Barbarian so I am definitely on-board for this.

This shows one aspect of the New 52 I am not liking where creative teams were thrown together with short development times and then kicked off when the book was not working or editorial differences made it too hard to work on the book. The problem is that editorial and higher still see the new 52 as too new and want to shape it certain ways and this is causing friction with creative teams as well as a lack of quality on certain books. I can't wait when we can just get to the point in which DC can focus more on quality stories.

@jesusdisciple001: Are Marvel coming to your house and burning all of your Spider-man comics, wiping them out of existence? No? Then the history is still there.
