IF S&S prep, support, and knowledge (like she is against Shigaraki) then she can capitalize on it and can win.
But on a random encounter. S&S has no feats on land, no feats on mobility, and can't create her own destructive power that's why she needed fighter jets that can shoot lasers and rockets.
On random encounters on land, Tsunade blitz and 1 shot probably.
@mortein: Dude it wasnt a continent. In OP world the only continent is Red Line (Pangea). And sometimes in literature big Ice Blocks called as "Ice Continent".
Also, OP's powerscaling no way allow someone like Sai being continent level :D
city block or multiple city blocks level. I'm a Garp fan , and I put him very high in scaling but imo the destruction pretty overrated here. The special part of the feat is, Garp did it with Ryo .

PS by far. Yata nearly featless. PS tanked bijuu damas, jintons and many others. Also Yata is only defensive. PS both defensive and offensive.

Combine bijuu dama of Hachibi and %100 Kurama can vaporize EWO together while other 7 try to Stall Centipede. Centipere aint have any AP or Bust... He is just so big and makes collateral damage.
Cuz of Size issue and hax of EWO I'm also close to OPM side of the match. But I think Bijuus has chance. %100 Unresticted Kurama is something else. Has better AP than either SC or EWO actually.
And about bonus. If Juubi can evolve then Juubi might do it. Othewise at first sight Psykorochi has better chance
