Also, could it be that they create their own tech from tech that floating on the shores and they did have the magic to restore that tech to would it was and change the tech

I think if they were to make the origin simple it would better. Like if they fix Steve plane with magic and the amazon metal or the plane was create from planes during world war 2.

also the island was in the middle of world war 1 and 2 who to said they didn't try and fix the technlogy? Also with the fact if it did happen in New 52 they could have ars beam that could repair and fix any orgin or inorgin thing.

Not for New 52 that would be lame but in general if giving a better origin should her plane ever return.
