Grant Morrison - THe Filth

Currently reading Grant Morrion's "The Filth" trade paper back. I like Morrison, but sometimes I cant tell if hes being weird just to see how far out he can be or when its conductive to good story telling.

DC relaunches

So anyone reading a DC relaunch thats really good? Im digging on animal man and suicide squad. Animal man is kind of dark, but thats what makes it so good.

DC relaunches

Checked out the new DC suicide squad #1. Besides the shark character the rest of it was pretty good. I like seeing Harley beefed up. Still need to check out animal man and justice league dark.

Just a quick current reading list

Morning Glories - My #1 book right now, I cant get enough of it.
X-men Legacy/New Mutants Age of X - Pretty confusing on how it all happened but glad to be reading some stuff here on the boards to make sense of the sudden story line
Magus - A pretty interesting book, but at 3.99 I am not sure its interesting enough to stay on my pull list
Uncanny X force - This book got really adult, really quick.  Im not sure I like the new direction its taking, but I am going to give it some time
Uncanny Xmen - Loving Greg Land on pencils.  I dont care what people say, the guys art is some of the best the X books have seen.  He needs to draw more dudes though.
Hellblazer - Ive been reading this for about a year now and its pretty boring.  Im going to pull it if it dosent get better
Powers - Kind of the same thing.  Honestly Ive been a huge fan of powers through its entire run, but this 3rd volume hasnt had that much attention put on it.  And the gods vs superheros thing makes reading the characters really annoying.
Sirens -   I was worried that this book also was going to go to crap, but it seems to have picked up some.  I originally started buying it because catwoman got cancelled but am finding out that I am enjoying getting to know poison ivy and harley quinn as well.
