Awesome issue! I completely agree with the Silvermane stuff as well. But by the by, still my favorite non-Ultimate title.

This entire book has been a delight. I always love the issues that take place in the Bar With No Name, so an entire book that is nothing BUT that concept? Perfect!

Surprised to see Batman lose this one. I thought he would take this at least 8 out of 10 times. Batman has fought animal/savage types (man-bat and killer croc) before and won. I don't see Kraven being able to keep up with Batman. Interesting match up though. I was beginning to miss these.

Kraven hunts the savage types, but never mistake him FOR a savage type. I think Kirk Langstrom's head would look lovely on Kraven's mantle and he'd likely have himself a lovely new pair of boots after a Killer Croc encounter. Check out Kraven's Last Hunt to see him in top form!

This book is disgrace to the NOVA legacy.

Shallow. Briefly, come instance.

@90scomicfan: Finally someone else who likes Kyle more than Hal, I'm with you man! I find him so more interesting than Hal in general :)

Listen to the Podcast, I'm with ya'll. Rayner's always been my #1 Lantern pick.

@trevel8182: Ah! Batman's Uncle!

Ummm... In Tim Burton's movies, Batman kills TONS of people. I straight-up straps a bomb to the chest of Penguin's goon, and he blows up.

And in the Nolan movies, he definitely atleast killed Two-Face.

The Burton movies were based on the show, not the comics, so to some extent they can't really be said to be an accurate representation of the character. It's like if they wound up making the version of Batman where he was a mechanic. It might be interesting, but you wouldn't really call it "accurate."

Even though I liked the issue I was confused during some of the action as to what the hell was going on.

When in doubt, just assume Thor was thwacking something or someone.

Sounds like a Superman fanboy reviewed this comic. I GIVE IT A 11/10

So I'm a Superman fanboy because I thought a book starring one of my favorite characters (who has nothing to do with the Big Blue Boyscout) was good, not great? Makes sense...

I remember the first time I heard the name Beta Ray Bill I thought he was a cowboy superhero.

Likewise. I thought he was going to be a cosmic cowboy.
