Ultimate Magneto

Let's say through completely dumb luck, Croc gets his mitts on the power, mind, time, and reality gems. 
 
The standard FF team as well as Colossus, Jean Grey, Cyclops, and Iceman suddenly appear and only know that Croc has the gems and is in general a bad guy. Croc does not know his opponents. Okay, can Croc still lose this, or will he pull a win?

Bane already curbstomped Croc and in more than one form of media. Bane is stronger (at least on his venom) and is beyond smarter as well as a tactical genius. "

It was a rocket propelled spring (with a couple of other fancy words in its name too), and hulk was nothing more than a projectile there. The spring did all the work. "

Well that's all well and fine, but you have no evidence to support your theory. Neither of the three has ever done something on this level, not even orders of magnitude close to this. (Don't get me started on Hercules lifting the sky...) "

Okay, I've been wondering a few things. Can Kitty phase through any forcefield? Is there a kinds she's failed to get through? Being that Magneto's is electromagnetic I would ASSUME she should be able to phase through it with ease, right? 
 
Side question: When she's phasing, can she still be levitated by certain means? Can her mind still be assaulted psychically or in some way physically like say someone controls the bio-electrical signals in there?
