"And tonight ladies and gentleman, with the help of such kind hearts, tonights ball has raised a ground breaking 2.8 billion. All proceedings will go to various charities around the world, but this night was made possible by only one man.....So ladies and gentleman please raise your glasses and give a warm reception to our host Mr Cain Oculus"
One by one the sounds of hands clasping together, and spoons tapping vigorously on glasses rang through the beautiful dining room, the sounds of chairs sliding across mahogany floor and the raising of over 300 people, all of whom were amongst the worlds most powerful business men and women, each had their own reason for coming here tonight, for some it was genuine kindness, for others it was pride wanting their ego to look good. Cain stood up from his seat, smiling behind sinister eyes, as he waved to the crowd. He acted shy and humble hiding the shadow which engulfed him, knowing full well the press was here. Cain's eyes glanced to the seat next to him, and reached out his hand. A middle eastern beauty grasped his hand, as he helped her up, like a perfect gentlemen.
Cain took the elegant 5"11 Goddess in his arms and walked up the podium, he looked around the room and faked a blush, a sheepish smile formed upon his face, as he moved into the microphone. "Um.....Wow thank you so much for that wonderful reception, but I should be giving you people all the credit, without you none of this would be possible, so from the bottom of my heat I thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, we live in dark times, and a lot of our lives are spent ignoring those who are in need. Ever since I was a boy I have dreamed of helping the world, and all those in need of salvation, and though it may take a while I truly believe in my heart that one day poverty, racism, and greed will cease to exist.......Thank you all for coming tonight....Thank you" Cain got down from the podium and made his leave, the girl fixed on his arms. He got into a luxurious car and headed back to his mansion estate. The drive took 15 minutes before he got home. As he pulled up the most magnificent of buildings, the building was old but it had a modern edge to it, thanks to Cain's technology. He opened the passenger door and walked his date into the front hall. She took a few steps forward in complete wonder as her eyes dazzled at the site. "Wow this is.......Im speechless" Cain watched her as his expression shifted, his eyes glared at the girl "Yes it is miss Akilah, the girl who shunned what she was in order to become a model, the girl born with the blood which can rejuvenate even the dead back to a state of living"
The girl turned around in shock, but before her lips could form her words, Cain had already moved into her. Injecting her with a powerful sedative. As she collapsed onto the cold marble floor, a tall figure came from behind the shadows and picked up the girl "Take her downstairs" The figure nodded his head and began to move the body "Is her clone complete" Again the figure nodded. Cain smiled and headed into to the library. He entered a secret room hidden behind a book case,the room was small, with only a single seat and several monitors, each one connected to various satellites. Cain sat down and smiled as he watched those on his monitors, unaware that they where being watched by a man who viewed them as nothing more than experiments.
