I'm glad she is getting some guidance now, even if it is from the Red Lanterns. I like the Supergirl book but this won't convince me to start getting into the Lantern books.
I did feel like they sort of rushed the process along, but at least we can get some interesting stories now. Supergirl was going downhill a bit for me with the whole Cyborg Superman arc and all the stuff with H'ell that took forever. I'm hoping this Red Lantern arc helps the book improve.

Gonna wait and see if this one is offered for free in the fall or something on PS+. Arkham Origins was really disappointing, and WB's unwillingness to fix a broken game kinda put me off from supporting anymore Arkham Titles from them.
I hope Rocksteady is on the next one.

Thanks for the read!

With your second point, what I was getting at is that people come for the popular characters but are more often than not stuck with the original creations for the majority of the time. It's like if you were promised chocolate, something you really love, but you first had to eat a graham cracker. The cracker is fine and tastes good, but it is no chocolate. So you are left longing for that chocolate the entire time you have cracker in your mouth. Does that make sense? I don't hate the original characters, but I come for X-23 and would love to see a issue focus on her rather than her be a side character.

Well said. I agree with everything you said. I've been sticking with Catwoman so far because I generally like the character, but after this issue I can't bring myself to spend more money on this book until it gets a better creative team. I am tempted to read the annual and I probably will, but as far as regular issues go I'm done.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one whose mind went straight into the gutter with this one. lol

I would imagine his skin looks and feels like human skin, except it has way more dense bonding to it on a molecular level. It's like all those "space age materials" we have now in infomercials that are somehow able to feel like cotton, but are stronger and stain resistant.

The new comicvine servers are refusing my description updates so I'll work on it down the road when they are more stable.

@DoN`t_KrAnQ_jUsT_PsYcHoO: It's Felicia Hardy/ Black Cat in the Amazing Spider-man game. The movie tie in one.

Praise the lord! A Keran Gillan not drawn by Greg Land! Thank you Jesus!

Yep this. I stopped reading his Iron Man because after suffering through Land on Uncanny X-men I couldn't continue to do it on Iron Man, which is a shame because Gillen is a really great writer.

I am looking forward to this book. I have heard nothing but good things about Kid Loki from my friend and Kate Bishop has grown on me alot from the Hawkeye series. Also I'm looking forward to what the other characters who I'm not familiar with bring to the table.

Hey guys, Great Podcast! I just wanted to share a picture I sent to my friend way back in September of 2012. I was in Target and actually for the first time ever I saw comics for sale in the store.

Since you guys were talking about it on here I figured I'd share it with you guys.

I haven't seen them in any other Target besides this one though.

Again Great Podcast guys!
