Trial for Bucky but not Osborn

So basically the public found out Bucky used to be a terrorist because he was brainwashed and now they're clamoring for a trial. But when Osborn was in charge of things the public never really gave a sh*t even though he was a terrorist because he was crazy not because he was forced to by brainwashing. I dunno it uhhh seems dumb

I think Hank Pym went to trial for his crimes when he went insane for a while

@Tyler Starke: Its funny how the world works right? We will let an acuused pedophile work on school grounds just because he admitted he had a "problem" and visit a shrink every week. Still we dont know how the Bucky trial will end up and having Norman Osbourne lead Hammer compared to what BUcky has done makes Brubakers story that much more interesting. Great topic man.

I see your point as well, but bottom line is Bucky was brainwashed if they can forgive Osborn for countless murders and terrorist plots in New York City just because he admitted to it ( which I think is still kinda dumb that it worked out that way) They should forgive Bucky because he had no choice and not try and bring him up on charges.

understand your point but its more of the fact that Bucky is portraying Captain "America." Its a bigger deal having an American Icon having terrorists back ground. On Norman Osbourne, he embraced his past and told people that he had dark days and has been recovered. In a sense the public feel like they were lied to with Bucky while with Osbourne the public already knew what Norman Osbourne was and accepted his "flaws."" If you pay attention to history, former Presidents Nixon and Clinton would have been in a lot less hot water if they had came out and told the public about there crimes/cheating instead of laying low and trying to cover it up. In short, people  rather have someone admit their mistakes and move on rather then someone lying or covering it up.

haha just assume that I know what happens in the story man, I'm just saying that they didn't so much as rally against putting him in charge because he got "better" but with Bucky they are freaking out even though he was brainwashed, Maybe Bucky should tell them to forgive him since he killed Hitler well according to bendis anyways, I know it was originally the human torch and his sidekick who did back in the day.

He managed to convince them that he had become sane with medial treatments.

Yeah we all know what happened eventually, but I'm more talking about before that when he was in charge of things for a good minute and the public just collectively shrugged "meh" even with the knowledge of him being a pretty big terrorist for years as the green goblin, Maybe Bucky just needs to shoot a big queen alien in the face with a giant gun and they will forgive him, "
Osborn also saved all of the capital and the white house in the 'Secret Invasion - Thunderbolts' books. They didn't put him in power just for killing the queen.

I wonder how many of marvels heroes have been brainwashed and or possessed to do terrible deeds, because I bet it's been all of them at one point or another.
