In my attempt to complete the Poison Elves Universe I.ve come across a question. There is a character who has never physically appeared in a comic but is mentioned in 30 out of 100 issues. This person play a significant role in the main characters life as that is where many of his friends and enemys come from. They also have a laid out past and present as well. Should/could I ad this character?

If this was in the 90-2005 it would be the xmen but currently itss the avengers
