Emma wins but this is probably pushing her tp to its maximum. Emma can step on anyone here 1v1 but all together its really debateable and a very close match.
Maybe if Starfire keeps her distance and utilities her range. flight and speed, and does her best with her star bolts she could pull a few wins. But she'd need to keep to the beach and away from the water as much as possible. I think if Mera gets a hold of her she's down.
