Batgirl Rises
Plot: Barbara Gordon decides to fight crime as Batgirl, a crime fighter based off her Idol, Batman. Unfortunately, a crime boss known as Edward Nigma also has his sights set on the Dark Knight and Barbara has to save him. She meets Batman whom she tells that, due to her knowledge of Batman, she knows is Wayne. She almost fails at saving him but at the last moment, a serial killer shoots Nigma.

Batgirl: One Year Later
Plot: Nigma wakes up in a hospital and learns that he has been in a coma for a year. In this time, an Irishman named Jarvis Teach has taken over his Gang. Batgirl attempts to take down Teach but is knocked out by Killer Croc, one of Teach's thugs. She wakes up tied to a chair where Hugo Strange, a crazed doctor who is being funded by Teach is about to test "Joker Gas" on her. She uses a batarang hidden in her glove to cut through the ropes and beats the villains. Teach reveals that the "red hood" shot Nigma.

Fall of Gotham
Plot: Barbara is at her high school prom when Jason Todd, a fellow student and the "Red Hood", tortures and kills Stephanie Brown, Barb's friend. He then releases Joker Gas into the school. Barbs knows this was not a random attack and runs to Wayne manor. Batman and her run to Arkham asylum where they find that Todd has released all the inmates. Former mayor, Oswald Cobblepot, placed in arkham due to his egotistic, Sociopathic ways, and Strange are discussing there plans to bomb some major buildings in Gotham. Nigma crashes the party and demands payment. They ask what's in it for them and he says that he knows Batman's secret identity. Barb and Wayne arrive at the GCPD headquarters to warn the cops. A group of villains (Kite-man, The Ventriloquist, Calender man, Zzaaz(?), Harley Quinn, Edward Teach, Scarecrow, Professor Pyg) attack and kill Jim Gordon, who reveals he knew who the bats are. The Bats and GCPD defeat the villains and head to the LexCorps Facilities where the villains are hiding. Nigma and Batgirl Battle while Batman and GCPD battle the Villains. One of the cops shoot Cobblepot. Meanwhile, Barbs and Nigma Battle some more until Enigma, Nigma's daughter shoots Barbs in the back and stabs her in the side. Batman kicks Strange, accidentally knocking him into acid. Nigma arrives and tries to shoot Wayne. Batman arrives and kicks enigma down the stairs. Nigma announces that the bombs are about to blow . He is being escorted out of the building by Batman as the bombs explode. Riddler and the other villains are locked up in Arkham. Barbara is now in a wheelchair and tells Bruce that she is going to study law. Batman finds a young boy who's father died in the explosion. Bruce asks him his name and the boy replies:
"Terry."
