I would be on board if Marvel and DC were in one huge universe to be honest. Would make everything a lot more interesting..

I really hope they're not bringing in the Sanctuary with Negan and his Saviors..

Spider-Man - Pretty great and surprisingly aged really well.

Spider-Man 2 - Even better than the first. One of my favorite CBM's of all time.

Spider-Man 3 - It's bad, but not as bad as people make it out to be. If you take out Venom and Peter consistently dancing, it would have been pretty great.

Conclusion: They were great movies. But, I am really happy they rebooted the franchise. The Amazing Spider-Man is EASILY my favorite Spiderman movie and one of my favorite CBM's as well.
