Danny looked up at the sky, hoping to see one of the legendary Pokemon he had heard about; Ho-Oh. He didn't see anything, but he still smiled at the blue sky. "Nice spot, and nice day, to have a nice rest." he said with a smile on his face. He winced a little bit when his Shiftry used his head as a platform to get higher ground over Makuhita, doing a almost silly looking jump at him. Danny burst out laughing.
His concentration on his own Pokemon was broken when he heard some sounds near him.He looked to the side to see two people were having a Pokemon battle. Danny enjoyed watching battles, trainers testing their Pokemon against others. The Cyndaquil used smokescreen, confusing the Zubat, and then used Flamethrower.The Zubat responded with leech life, latching onto the fire Pokemon. The Cyndaquil shook it back into the air and used Swift, which knocked the Zubat out. Danny smiled, tempted to applaud but he held himself back. One of the members of the group said something about a Bug Catching Contest. Danny thought to himself, wondering if he should join or not. He didn't have any flying Pokemon with him, and he doesn't remember what Pokemon he has stored.
After thinking for a while, he decided it wouldn't be the best for him to enter a bug catching contest. He yawned a bit, getting tired of watching his Pokemon's shenanigans. "Maybe I should head to the Pokemon center for some rest and some food." Lairon heard the word 'food' and stumbled up to Danny, still with Marshtomp on his back. Danny burst into laughter again. "Okay okay, we'll set back up in a minute, and get you to the Center so you can fill yourself up." Lairon opened a smile. "Lair-on!"
Danny was about ready to leave when heard someone. "I challenge you to a Pokemon battle." Danny turned to see the trainer from before, the one with the Cyndaquil. His Pokemon all gathered around him and pushed him up. If it was one thing they all loved, it was Battling. He let out a sigh. "Sure, I'd be happy to." he said. He turned behind him; his Pokemon had all gotten in line for the battle. He thought about it for a just a second. "Makuhita, you've been getting pumped with Shiftry all this time, how about you?" Makuhita stepped out in front and got into his fighting stance."Okay, look like I'm ready. Your turn." he said to the trainer, smiling. His Pokemon needed a work-out every once in a while.
