I attended Quitely's panel at ECCC this year and I remember he said he started to use the pseudonym to hide his early work (underground comic Electric Soup) from his folks. Real name is Vincent Deighan.

You can count me in on the Shane fan club. Dale is the one out of line. Hershel is just a crazy old man. If I was in his boots there is no way I would kick Rick and the crew out. Strength in numbers.

As someone that has read the comic, I like the way they are handling the show. Enough has changed that I don't know what to expect. Walking Dead has turned out to be an excellent show, more than just an adaptation.

An old title I know. I used to love this book when it came out in the eighties. Now Ron Randall is posting all the old stuff online at http://trekkercomic.com/ with a promise to post all new tales soon after.

Just thought I would spread the word.

I'm wondering if others think Irredeemable will reach an end soon? Where can the book, along with Incorruptible go?

I read it too. I actually came to the forum to see what others were saying. I really like the way Waid is handling the characters. There was a time where it looked like their still might be some good in Plutonium...but then he returned to Earth was was more evil than ever.

I've been trolling the site for a bit but have more time to waste at work so I've been more active lately. I'm from Canada, work in biotech and was born in the mid 70's. I read comics as a kid and into my early teens but left the hobby in around '92. Got back into comics around 2 years ago...hardcore. Went to my first comic con in 2010 (ECCC) and it opened my eyes.

@moywar700:

I believe the first three walls refer to the walls of a theatre stage set. The forth wall is the invisible wall between the actors and the audience. To break the forth wall to to address the audience. At least that's the origins of it. The fifth wall is a recent invention not too sure what it is.

Wow...I've never heard of anyone not liking Frank Quitely. I like Daniel Acuna's work too. Liefeld I don't. I really tried to get past his art in The Infinite ( I really like Kirkman) but I just couldn't.
