Grievous can still manage 22 strikes in one second, and that's not even his peak; that's simply how fast he needed to go before Obi-wan's defenses collapsed in the novel version. That should overwhelm the defenses of the turtles in short order.

Going from the movies, the T-x's plasma cannon would require multiple shots at best to kill a space marine, much less one wearing tactical dreadnought or artificer armor. But a space marine plasma gun would kill anything skynet can make short of the T-1,000,000.

Yog-sothoth is pretty much TOAA of the Mythos, though some argue that it's Azathoth. Shub Niggurath is somewhat featless in combat but would be a better match.
