hi, i am new in the world of comics and i have a question.

now DC 52 just published the (000) titles for their books so my question is what is the reading order that i should follow meaning to follow the story i read title 000 then 01 ?? or is that wrong?? and what about the annuals ?? where do they fit in the order of reading??
