I think he will, Just like Percy's powers grew, so will Jason's. Or maybe he will just relearn some of his memories, to reactivate his power. He is the son of Zeus, so surely he will get some other abilities.... Yeah I hope they fight too, not that I want one to win one way or the other, but it would be fun to read

@JamesKM716: Well He did summon water inside a volcano, Im thinking those are pretty dry lol :) Ground holds reservoirs of water all over the Earth, and any nearby water holding plants would hold water, which could be used to strengthen and heal him....... And storms are still clouds, and Percy has had numerous occasions where he can control a storm, he cant summon a storm like Jason, but he can control it.... Storms are kind of a neutral ground between the two "a Sky full of Water"
